General Remarks
|
-Clean the fan guards inside the walk-in cooler. -Repair the edge of the door and the handle on the 4 door reach-in cooler. -Keep dumpster lids closed.
The final rinse gauge on the hot water dish machine reached a maximum of 154 degrees F after several cycles. A temperature test strip did indicate proper sanitizing. The pressure gauge appeared to be malfunctioning. The unit must be serviced by a professional. Provide a work order for repair to the Department. jmbeagle@buckscounty.org.
